Kathleen Lassetter, M.S. graduated from Loyola University of Baltimore with a B.S. in Education and received her M.S. in Agency Counseling from Old Dominion University. Her experience in counseling encompasses school counseling, emergency services counseling, involuntary commitment counseling with the courts and adjunct professor in counseling at St. Leo. She has earned a certification from the Virginia Supreme Court in Family Mediation and is trained in Divorce/Separation Mediation and Elder Mrdiation.. |

Kelly has over 20 years of experience with retail and distribution businesses in management and human resource roles; having worked in management and executive positions with Eddie Baur, Gap, Disney, Cato, Mothers Work, Jo-Kell and the Virginia Beach JDR Court. She has successfully opened new businesses, developed and led large staffs, set up Human Resource/Payroll Departments, recruited all levels of employees, lead company-wide training efforts and helped lead a LEAN transformation. Bruno earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from College of New Jersey; she has earned a certification from the Virginia Supreme Court in General and Family Mediation and is trained in Divorce/Separation Mediation. Kelly lives with her husband Doug in Chesapeake, Virginia; with a daughter at George Mason University. Kelly enjoys hiking, kayaking and is actively involved in leadership roles with her local church.
