Kathleen Lassetter, M.S. graduated from Loyola College of Baltimore with a B.S. in Education and received her M.S. in Agency Counseling from Old Dominion University. A thirty year veteran, she retired from Virginia Beach Public Schools in 2004. Her experience in counseling encompasses school counseling, emergency services counseling, involuntary commitment counseling with the courts and adjunct professor in counseling at St. Leo’s University. After retiring, she became a Supreme Court of VA certified mediator. She also mediates cases in Baltimore/Annapolis, MD. |

Jack Baker graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a B.S. in Education and received his M.S. from Old Dominion University. He possesses an extensive background in education, administration,training,facilitation and mediation. Additionally, he has been a Adjunct Faculty member at ODU for the past nine years. As a certified Supreme Court of VA Mediator he has assisted in the development of many of the regions court mediation programs, as well as, working with literally hundreds of clients in helping them settle their disputes. Jack is also a member in good standing in the Virginia Mediation Network. |

Paul Lipkin, J.D. has extensive legal training and background since he was an attorney from 1951 until his retirement in 2000. Paul also served as a Substitute Judge in the District Courts of Virginia. He has assisted hundreds of clients settle disputes through alternative dispute resolution as a mediator and arbitrator. |

Dominic Verrastro, B.B.A. has an extensive background in mediation, negotiation and arbitration. Utilizing his analytical skills, communication experience and problem solving techniques, Dom has worked with industries that represent a cross section of our entire economy, including: aerospace, manufacturing, computer hardware and software, chemicals, human services, travel and construction. He is a certified ombudsman for senior services and has received a certification in the Peer Educator Program. |

Dianne Cunningham, Ed.D. graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Home Economics Education, received her M.A. in Supervision and Administration from George Washington University, and her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Tech University. With over thirty three years of experience, she retired in 2009. Her administrative experience includes classroom, vocational education programs, school and central office experience. |
